Class Descriptions
Yoga
Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline that when practiced, can improve health, flexibility, and well-being.
Spin
Spin classes are group exercise classes that take place on an indoor stationary bike. Spin classes are easily customized to the individual, and can accommodate a wide range of individuals from beginners to advanced exercisers.
TRX
TRX is a suspension system that incorporates an individual’s bodyweight to improve upon strength, endurance, mobility, balance, flexibility and stability. Individuals are partially suspended in the air, allowing them to move through a full range of motion while stabilizing and strengthening the balancing muscles.
